First of all, check your spam filters. An automated mail with the serial number can be determined as spam quite often. And make sure that when you sent your mail, it contained this info:
● Your full name, country and city;
● Version of the game, which you've bought (1.0 or 1.2);
● Your order ID (if remember);
● Your method of payment;
● Time and date when you've paid;
● E-mail, which you entered, when paying.
