So its just something that might need to be explained to me. But why does every car brake the speed limit. In a normal country the speed limit is set and everyone follows it meaning that you don't need to check your speed if other cars are around because you all go the same speed.

But why in this game does a computer controlled car do 100 in a 60 zone when I am being told off for doing 70... Its just annoying lol

Except America...

60 kilo= 37 mph
100 kilo= 62 mph
70 Kilo= 43 mph

Seems perfectly logical in America.
I usually pass people driving 70 kilometers in a 60 zone.

I think I need to rephrase this.

I live in England and I know for a fact that if you are on a dual carriage way, speed limit max 70 MPH, Everyone is not going to be doing 90MPH or you are on a single carriage way where the national speed limit is 60MPH you are also not going to see every single person do 80. You might see up to +10MPH on most roads and the people at +10 in a 40 limit are the minority...

If you turn the aggressiveness bar all the way up nearly everyone will drive to fast, lower it and the amount of speeders will decrease or be removed altogether if you turn it down fully.

Yeah, in my new set of screenshots, I set the aggressiveness to maximum, we were all driving at least 130km/h on the Motorway.

That's not really aggressive. That's normal on the highway here.

I don't notice the speeding, it's more acceleration that bothers me! CPU cars go 0-80 km/h really quickly; you have to be in a 220bhp Ford Focus ST just to keep up with them!

Same. Also, with the aggressive setting, the cars will just pull in front of you when you're approaching at something like 140 km/h and they go at 80 km/h so you end up braking harshly, and even with antilock braking on, the car's wheels lock up and you spin out. Or you go into the back of them. So annoying -.-
