If you have the option to change language when installing.. Then just re-install with or without uninstalling.. backup your profiles.db3 if you wish to keep progress..

There is a 'language.txt' in the folder 'CCD\data\i18n' in that file for me is "en_GB" however changing that to any other language does nothing other than change fonts, everything stays English..

Hopefully Kivlov can comment on this and tell us how to change language without a re-install..

Also I found an easter egg? I used the command 'cmds' to see if there is anything for language listed in there.. I see the command 'pig'... and this is what happened!
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4.01GHz
Corsair H100, SP100 Fans @ 22°C Idle, 52°C Load
8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1333MHz
Asus R9 280X DirectCU II @ 1070MHz
OCZ Vertex 4 120GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Logitech G27 @ 900 Degrees
