TOPIC: Game Will Not Launch

Game Will Not Launch 19 Dec 2013 07:12 #20236

I feel like I've been ripped off $20. I bought the game, installed it, and activated it. The only time the starter.exe opened was when I activated the game. After that, the game refuses to launch .. in fact, my PC slowly starts to lock up after attempting to open the file. I've tried EVERYTHING. Please do no tell me to run as admin, run in compatibility, turn off firewall, or delete files from My Documents (they don't even exist). I've tried them all. And my PC is well more than capable of running this game. I have no idea how this game could be so difficult to run ..

And when I mean it crashes my computer, it literally crashes my computer. Everything on my PC will slowly stop working once I have opened it. I also lack any of the folders I'm supposed to have in my documents.

Also, when I open the game, my PC immediately goes up to 100% disk usage. What in the fuck is wrong with this game. If I knew it was this sketchy I would have never purchased it ..

Hello,

Please send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with following information:

1. Your order ID or serial number to identify you as our customer.

2. Detailed problem description and steps, which you've done to cause the problem.

3. Attach a screenshot of the error (if there's one).

4. Attach a DirectX diagnostic file from your PC, where the problem is. To create this file, please, follow these steps:

● From your Windows "Start" button, select "Run..."
● Type DXDIAG in the "Open:" field and hit Enter.
● DXDIAG will start, and may display a prompt that begins "Do you want to allow DxDiag to check if your drivers are digitally signed..." Answer "Yes" to this query if it appears.
● A window entitled "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" appears, and in the lower left corner, a progress meter begins to advance towards the right as DXDIAG collects information relating to the system's hardware and Windows component configuration.
● When the progress indicator disappears, hit the "Save All Information" button. Then save this file as DXDIAG.TXT where it can be easily located. By default, DXDIAG will place this file on your Desktop.

Note: If you do not see a button that allows you to save the output, you will need to log on to Windows as the Administrator.

We will research all this information and then will advise you next steps.
