You can just do something else when it loads-I just tab out and go on youtube or something.

You do. I must have the best PC in the world because i never lag going at high speed, instead my game just crashes when exceeding 300 km/h.

Try driving in the back mountain roads. I was able to exceed 400 km/h in an modified M5 back there and my computer is not by any means super powerful. I have GT650M gpu so it shouldn't be bad. My computer lags and crashes when exceeding 250 km/h in the city but almost never lags in the mountains.

My computer has an old CPU and a GPU that's almost getting old. But I never lag at high speeds. I modded the Lamborghini Reventon on 1.2.5 to go more than 500 km/h and I never lagged.
