First of all you should pay your attention our system requirements –

To resolve the problem with the activation try following these steps:
1. Make sure you’re running the game as administrator (right click on its' shortcut and choose "Run as administrator" in the context menu).
2. Make sure you've put your activation key correctly into the activation key field.
3. Turn of the UAC -

4. Temporary turn off any antivirus or firewall software.
After that run the game as administrator (right click on its' shortcut and choose "Run as administrator" in the context menu) and enter your activation key again.
