Is there a way to render the 3 separate screen separately? like rFactor does or EuroTruck Simulator 2? the side monitors are stretched, and they are kinda useless like that, anyone knows something about this?

No, unfortunately it's not possible.

Is it technically complicated or any other reason ?
Even the screen cannot be generated separately for triple screen, is it possible to provide a function reducing the stretched looking for screen resolution over 1080p ?
I don't know Directx programming and not sure the possibility of it.

Unfortunately Home Edition doesn't support multi-monitor mode officially. Therefore only simple variants via ATI EyeFinity or nVidia Surround are possible (with stretching).
