Dude, you're using a clutch, go and put on automatic clutch at settings!

Do you play using keyboard or steering wheel?

If you use keyboard as controller; you have to bind a key to clutch and have to press it and/or change the gear to neutral when stopping the car. If you can't do this, you may try to play choosing the automatic transmission option (if the car which you play is suitable).

As people have said, if you don't hold in the clutch, you will stall. Just like in real life.

If you're using the car with a manual transmission, press and hold the clutch pedal, switch to the 1st gear, then very slowly release the clutch pedal and carefully press the accelerator pedal simultaneously.
