I would like to upgrade to 1.3.3 but when I try to delete the Foward development folder it says cannot be completed because the folder is open. BUT IT ISN'T!!!! I downloaded the full game instead of the patch

You don't have to delete the Forward Development folder. You just have to uninstall 1.2.5 and install the 1.3.3.

My mod list is designed for people like you who are upgrading to 1.3.3. The links are all dropbox, so you can get playing quickly. Not every mod is on there, but if someone can get me a list of the cars I am missing I will add them.

In some cases it's better to delete this folder too if you update from 1.2.5. Old user's profile database file is not compatible with new one.
