Ok, thanks. Is it possible to turn reflections (or mirrors) off and reduce AI Traffic in game settings?

You can not turn off reflections, though you can set them to low. And, you can reduce AI traffic.

Recommended processor is 2.8 GHz, though this won't really matter since what matters is GPU and RAM. Also, integrated graphics cards such as yours aren't really recommended for CCD, but it may work if all settings are set to low. You may also turn off shadows and other GPU intensive settings.
