My 1gb graphics card does it well with 70fps. I think it's more of the processor. After all, you can have a crap GPU with a good processor and get good performance on all games.

Graphics card's RAM doesn't really matter, it's the actual GPU with core and memory clocks that make difference. Good CPU with bad GPU would mean decent performance only on lowest possible settings.

Well, What I can say is get a Double Graphic Card, 8GB Ram, 1 or 2 TB HDD and a good CPU and Motherboard that supports 2 GPU's and you'll probably get 60 or More
