I guess they are gonna release an addon as soon as possible. New locations, cars and even tasks like in Gran Turismo. Just be patient :)

The cost for some countries can be higher because there're different taxes of internet pay service. And we posted this information on our site at the same time as release has been published: "* Actual paid amount is a bit bigger, because it includes an interest rate of the shop."
