I hae purchased, installed, and activated "City Car Driving" on my Windows 7 laptop. Which leys make the car go forward, stop, turn, etc. It doesn't respond to any keys, arrow keys, enter, spacebar, backspace, etc.
Also, will CCD work with a racing wheel? I have the GeniusTwinWheel F1.

While I said from the start, I had a dumb question, I don't appreciate your calling me an idiot. Of course, your post is so poorly written, I could've completely misunderstood.
FYI (for your information) I looked for a tutorial, help, anything resembling directions--and found none.

First of all, you should start the engine (E key by default - you should hold it for 2 seconds to start the engine). Then, release the parking brake (P key by default). Then:
● If you're using the car with an automatic transmission, press and hold the brake pedal, then switch to the "D" gear (use gear up\gear down keys to do it).
● If you're using the car with a manual transmission, press and hold the clutch pedal, switch to the "1-st" gear, then very slowly release the clutch pedal and carefully press the accelerator pedal simultaneously.
All keys can be found and changed if you want in game controls menu.
---
If you're using a racing wheel, first of all, you should assign buttons and axes in the game settings. Go to the game controls menu and set proper wheel buttons and pedal axes for all actions in the game you need. To do that you should double-click with the left mouse button on every action in the list and then push the proper button or pedal on your wheel to assign this button or pedal for this action.
This video explains this process clearly and may help you to setup your racing wheel -
