I have a Logic3 Steering Wheel which is designed to run on PS3 and PC (you know....to save a few bucks), but unfortunately, the game doesn't really want to correspond with it.
Here's what is happening:
I change the settings to the steering wheel and change all the settings to how I like it.
I then get to the Left - Right sections and try to change the settings to my steering wheel turning left and right.
I double click and turn the the steering wheel left (hint: this is the -x axis) and nothing comes up
I then try the right and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right, and guess what, it comes up with the x axis.
I then try the left over and over again, occasionally trying the right to see if it works, and it does.
I tried to find an option to calibrate it in my control panel and driver updates. The drivers were up to date but I couldn't find the calibrate button. I assumed this was because this is a wireless steering wheel so, therefore, it only reads the receiver plugged into the PC.
I tried again a few times, but to no avail. So I decide to test out the right steering before 'tinkering' with the controls, and guess what, it doesn't turn right even when it says x axis!
I have no idea how to calibrate the steering wheel, so I assume it does it automatically. I could send a post of the picture of my steering wheel, because I cannot remember the name of my steering wheel. All I know is it's not a very popular one, so I found no help online.
Here's a link to a website with a few facts about it if you were wondering:
