TOPIC: Transfer to a New PC

Transfer to a New PC 25 Aug 2014 21:07 #34043

I recently got a new PC, that can run this game without lag, and I wanna setup my G27 with it. But when I try to use the activation code, it says it's invalid. Please help?

Yes, old activation key will not be valid anymore in that case, so you will need to obtain a new one. You can do it by following instruction in your purchase confirmation email as you’ve done it at the first time.

To obtain the program activation key:

1. After installation of the program is finished, run the installed game with administrator privileges (right click on the game's shortcut and choose "Run as administrator in the context menu).

2. Copy the product code from the game startup window.

3. Follow this link - www.activate.citycardriving.com/

4. On the web page you've just opened you should enter: your serial number, the product code you have just copied, and your e-mail.

The activation key will be displayed on the final page, after you'll click the "Activate" button.

5. Enter your activation key into the box in the game startup window and click "Registration" button.

Why would you do that? Such a waste.

Don't worry about that. We track only if the same license is used on several computers simultaneously.

Thank you, Mr. Developer.
Do you have other programs other than this one. Like the one that teaches you road signs & markings then gives you exams & stuff.
I appreciate.

It's okay, you can keep using it. I am about to upgrade my PC to a beast gaming pc and about to use my license like 8 times already. When your PC gets lag, it doesn't mean you should re-install. I got a way to stop this from happening.

Check all your drivers and update them.
Regularly scan your PC for any malware / spyware threats inc. virus.
Reinstalling can damage the hard drive from what I know and been taught of.
Yes it gets rid of lag + your computer becomes functional but it's not good.

Just deep scan before you play, I recommend you download Advanced SystemCare 7.3 and use their game booster. It will stop all the unnecessary programs from running in the background. You should be all set!

Add my PSN:

My Gaming PC Specs:
12.00GB RAM (13.00GB it says I don't know why?)
2TB Hard Drive
nVidia GeForce GTX 745 - 4GB
Intel i7 3.4GHz overclocked turbo boost @ 3.9GHz

Running City Car Driving at max settings! Loving it!
