Hey, I still have max. 30 FPS!

GPU is on 20%! 2 GB of 4 GB VRAM Used. CPU is on 40% and 5 of 16 GB RAM! But only 30 FPS!

GPU : Gainward GTX 970 Phantom 4GB
CPU: Intel i5 2400
RAM: 4x4GB 1600 DDR3 Corsair

Settings on Max...

Hi,
Here are my graphics settings, hardware and frame rate:
Maxed out, everything on high and ultra, 2x antialiasing.
My GPU: GeForce GTX 670 (2-way SLI)
Processor: Intel Core i7 2600k @ 4.4 GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR3
FPS: 60-70, with occasional drops to 40 fps.

Yup, I'm lucky to touch above 30 in the city centre, even with a lot of settings toned down a bit. It's a shame, because I can run Assetto Corsa at high settings on a steady 60.

I get about 30FPS, sometimes upper 40s if I'm lucky and sometimes nearly 20 depending on traffic.

My specs:

Proc: Intel Core i7 930 @4.1GHz
Mobo: MSI Big Bang XPower
Ram: 12GB DRR3 Kingston HyperX 1600
Video: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Superclocked 4GB
PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand

It would be really nice to play with over 60 FPS!

I always push Alt+F4 when FPS drops under 30... Thats not smooth enough for me, to play!...
