That's probably because you changed the FoV earlier. Try putting the FoV back to 50 and see if it returns back to normal. If it does then it's only a matter of scaling the FoV to the exact resolution you want it to be (probably the max resolution of your screen). In other words you might choose a non-integer FoV value around 110. If the scale is exact I think you will be able to choose that max resolution you're after AND all other less resolutions with similar scale. Peace out!

I'm afraid the FOV settings have nothing to do with improper resolution reporting to the app. I've tried to revert it back to 50 to be 100% sure. It must be something else.

During first 5 minutes of a game launched right after the PC boots up. I found out that the problem may be caused by the latest nvidia drivers. On their forum a lot of people are experiencing game crashes due to TDRs

Also, when a car wants to make a U-turn it does so if it is the first in line the moment the lights are red/orange.

This is normal in the US. You wait in the front until the light is amber or red to go that way you know you won't be hit as it is hard to tell speed.

No I mean when it is at the stage of RED + ORANGE and then turns to GREEN.

They do it at the stage of RED + ORANGE. If I try to do that, it will say "You are driving on a red light".
