I wanted to buy this game for my children as a driving training tool instead of some useless games, but I am not quite sure of its suitability for this purpose.
However, as I started the process of purchase, I noticed that the site charges VAT on top of the item price!!!!
Can you explain why would someone who lives in a foreign country pay a European VAT?? I would have thought that this is an export item and there is no TAX or VAT where we live.
Thanks and best regards.

Dubai, TAX and VAT free.
However, I found out that it is due to the computer being configured as a European English speaking country; for language purposes. Hence, this part of the query is null and void.
What about the suitability of the game for driving training, is it realistic? and are there similar games to compare?

the driving are extremely realistic,i suggest you try it out,it has night and daytime stuff, and we have a good modding community too and it even has various many stuff such as various driving conditions, you can decide how much traffic there is,different weather such as rainy, foggy, etc.

i dont think there is any game that is a driving simulator that comes close to this one,i dont really know though

Thanks for your reply,
I will ask my children to try it and see if they like it. I guess there is a trial version they can download and install...

Ah, in Europe and North America online tax is charged no matter what country you live in.
