Yeah I think also the position of the lights play a role. You can also check directly how the tracker works by looking at the "videowidget" window when you click on "start" (you need to keep the option enabled in Freetracker options), then you can see how the tracker catches your face's features. I guess when you move back to your initial position, it must take some time to readjust because of the lighting, hence the unwanted camera movement.

it went pretty well i guess. i adjusted the YAW to 7 or 8 from 10. It made a big improvement in keeping the camera balanced. It doesnt sway for no reason now. I am still trying to figure out how to make it so i dont have to move my head as much to the left.
