It's best to wait about 48 hours before contacting support telling them that you haven't received anything, because the team does not work on Saturdays and Sundays.
If, however, you have not received anything even after 48 hours, check your spam filters. An automated mail with the serial number can be determined as spam quite often.
If you have not found an email with the serial number in your mailbox, please, provide us with following information:
● Your full name, country and city;
● Version of the game, which you've bought;
● Your order ID (if remember);
● Your method of payment;
● Time and date when you've paid;
● E-mail, which you entered when paying.
