I've paid for the serial number, but haven't received it.
You just sent me this e-mail.
"Thank you for your recent purchase of CityCarDriving 1.4. Unfortunately we were not able to process your order for the following reason:

In order to complete your purchase, please provide us with the following information:
1. The scan copy of your ID which is an official document, e.g. your passport or driving license which includes a photo, date of birth and expiry date
2. The scan copy of your credit card. Please note that the last four digits, expiry date and the name of the card holder have to be visible. You may cover the first 12 digits on your card with any physical object.
Please note, that the pictures, which were edited digitally, will not be accepted. Moreover, the pictures should be full-sized and they should not be cut off.

We do this to protect you from possible fraudulent transactions and identity theft. We do not store, nor disclose this information to anyone. "
I really don't know what to do now, I am without money, and without key too. Can you help me, please? :-(

You should just reply to the email you've received and provide the payment service with the data they have requested.
