i had the same problem i uninstalled city car driving and than install it should work
My own car: Volvo S60 2.4L 170BHP

excatly same thing happen to me :(
yeah and i'm sure my laptop can run it. and on my computer, it says "the game dosent support, and defined. " or something like that. sorry for my bad english im from denmark.

I tried to remove all the mods, this is happens with the standard cars of the game.
Well, usually I try to play the game after I turn on the pc

I installed some mods like the Mazda 3 MPS and the Volvo xc70 by David02... I don't think this is the reason
because this is happens without these mods too.
