Hi there, You can go back to your previous windows by going to.

Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Go back to Windows 7/8.1/8 and press Get Started

NOTE: make sure you didnt delete the Windows.old folder on your C: drive
If you deleted the folder you will never downgrade to your previous windows
Only if you reinstall windows 7/8/8.1 from DVD or ISO

What makes it a bitch to do on MY Windows 8.1 device, which has Windows 10, is that the start menu doesn't work.
6 years on the forum, not very active, but I am still glad to help.

Try reinstalling the game. This worked for me when I had issues.

Like I said in another topic, I also have FPS problems, mainly in the new city. The old city works a bit better, more FPS and less framedrops. So to OP, try the old city and see if your FPS is increasing.

Anyway, my system is far above the recommended requirements, so it's probably not very well optimised (Again, no hate inteded, it just seems like it).
