Hello there, I recently bought the game and I am very satisfied because it almost represents driving as in real life. Therefore, there are couple of things that has to be improved.
- Engine mechanics. What I mean by that is that whenever I switch engine, it sounds that it was running for some time instead of the sound building up.
- Left-handed vehicles. Most of the vehicles doesn't support the left hand option.
- Signs. The sign for left-hand drivers which tells us that there is zebra-crossing is yellow and it can confuse some people (I had no problem with that but still good thing to change). Also there could be the option for choosing what region you want to see the signs from (America, Europe, UK etc.)
- Poor optimisation of a game, textures etc. I have a PC with very good specs, but sometimes the game looses the FPS, especially where there is a lot of traffic. Also for a high video settings the textures of roads, environment, people, shadows, trees etc look poor too.
- When I open a GPS or a map and when I zoom out, for some reason the game lags for a period of zooming out and when I zoom it out to the maximum, FPS drastically drop down.
- Missions. There should me more of them, so that playing the game is not boring by riding around the city and waiting for those "quest" which tells you where should you go.
- Imperial and metric units. There should be an option to switch between them.
- More road signs. Designing more roads with different types of signs would be a very good way of learning them.
- Fuel system would be great as well.
- Add more sounds of the cars.
Something else that was bothering me for a while. The game costs 25$ (well, it costed me more than that because of VAT) and I think it shouldn't be priced that high. I assumed that the developers of the game is not a really huge group but for a game that earned about 12,5 million dolars those things should be done long time ago.
In conclusion, I am enjoying the game, but there is still lots of things to do. If I mentioned things that you said somewhere in the forum then I am sorry but I wanted to give my opinion about the current state of the game.
Greetings from the UK.
