I agree with kunjak. Both look backwards "caps lock mode" and Auto look backwards on reverse should be implemented. It's really problematic to keep some key pressed when doing slow driving.

I'd love to be able to drive on the left hand side.

I thought I could do it by flipping the screen then reversing the left/right controls (even though road signs would be mirrored), but my ATI panel only flips vertically not horizontally. Dang.

Hello, would not add a multiplayer LAN mode. Thus becoming possible to play with others using programs like Hamachi, etc ...
It has a file folder that has some Multisoft server property that would be to register the product?

Overall i think that it is a very impressive game, there are however several areas in which it could be improved, mostly however its about content.

In order of priority:

• More cities to drive in, i would not mind paying a few $ per city if they were well done. It would be especially cool if you could do some real cities.
• More cars to drive, its great that you offer the ability to mod cars in, but more "official" cars would be nice. Especially some of the more typical cars in western europe. Again these could be offered as DLC.
• The ability to set a destination when free driving, producing a route like in the missions.
• A massive multiplayer mode would make sense in that it would allow people to drive in more realistic traffic. However it would be necessary to implement some measures to prevent people ruining for everybody by driving like crazy.
• Better english translations, both on the website and in-game, it is not that expensive to hire a proper translator.

A few ideas:
POLICE cars are definitely needed.
But I don't want them to be chasing any other cars or participating on any form of punishment for the drivers. I just want them to be there (like in real life) as a new built in feature (not an optional mod).
Then the user can control 3 main things:

1-) Amount or density of circulating police cars with a percent value including  0%=disable =OFF. 

2-)Amount or density of stationary-parked police cars on strategic locations (not interrupting traffic) sometimes clearly exposing them selves and sometimes sitting on less obvious sneaky retreated spots. 

3-) Be able to select how they would  look from a basic predefined set of color combinations and patterns.

*Fourth, less important and maybe more difficult to implement, the ability to configure the randomness for police cars, ambulances or fire-fighter trucks to activate their lights and sirens to request or claim a preferential clear path that most of the computer controlled cars will try to yield to or facilitate, then the human player is free to take his own decision in that situation but in theory he should also cooperate.

*Fifth, if a police car is near enough to a player when he commits a traffic violation and the two vehicles are in a direct line of sight, the police car could flash their lights or make a distinct sound as a warning .
I think this will add some excitement and driver awareness. Many police departments admit they use some of these techniques to passively control traffic behavior. These realistic situations may improve the simulator experience and should be totally optional settings that could be turned on or off independently.

This game is really good but there are some thing I would have/change:

The FWD cars are spinning way too easily, and there is no tire squealing aswell.
The AI traffic is really weird sometimes. I have seen a car flip over by turning very fast. And the buses are driving like a 5 year old sometimes.
A bigger city or multiple city's because the city that exists now is kinda boring to drive on when you have driven on exactly every street
And I would like more stock cars that's popular in the rest of the world, not only russian cars.

That is some of the things I would have/change

More cars, more missions, more cities or places to drive in, and maybe money to earn, and different kinds of missions.

Police cars? Totaly useless. There are other games for doing a police chase. Try N4S Most wanted.
I really want to see bug fixes.

It just makes no sense, that I'm having a bad time playing this on medium settings in Full HD on a AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.4GHz, with 4GB 1,6GHz ram and HD5850 1GB...

I'd Like To Suggest a multiplayer option that you can drive with people all over the world. I reckon that would be soo cool
