In cars in Brazil that are not automatic when you release the clutch the steering wheel and the car rattle slightly warning that the car will move , I wonder if it is possible to create this feature on CCD.

when you release the clutch very very slow you'll see that the car starts to move.
if you want you can change the wheel settings and change the bumper strength( if you have a logitech g wheel) in the logitech app

In reality the wheel moves because of the surface, if you on a new and flat road the wheel will not move, but if you on an old asphalt the wheel will move, I will turn it to 75%.
If the percents are high you will feel the wiggles more.

it is possible at that moment when the clutch pedal is almost completely released and the brake pedal is pressed to vibrate the steering wheel ? The car still not moving this.
