Just bought the game but find the game won't start, the error window says starter.exe has stopped working.

My config:
Windows 7 64 bits
i7 920
GTX 470
12G Ram

I have reinstall the game, disable anti-virus, update direct X, display card driver, K-lite codec, etc. but all doesn't help, can you help? Thank you!

Try closing as many programs as you can before starting the game.

Try:
-compatibility mode
-run as administrator

Also, tell us what specific error message you got. You can see this information when the error occurs (there is a blue link).
