Purchased on your web site, went through activation process. When I run CCD it asks for activation code. I enter code and click "register" it says "Key is valid and has been stored" I click ok and I get the message "this program requires security key...." again. Ok again gives a blank open window titled "Enter key" and this hangs forever. A restart causes this process to repeat.

I'm on Win 7 x64. What now?

I have exactly the same problem. I bought the game 30 minutes ago and it keeps asking me for the register key over and over again. Any ideas?

Using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, 8GB ram, ATI 6870, and quad core 3.0GHz cpu.

Hello, you should run the game with administrator privileges (right click on it and choose "Run as administrator" in the context menu).

Pss I get the same problem! I bought the game yesterday and It happend the same like the first message describes, but right now I cannot run the program. I just get 2 error messages..."ND3D9 texture could not create render taget surface" then "Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library runtime error program C:\Programfiles\citycardriving\bin\win32\starter.exe" this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

I have reinstalled the game many times, and erase the others Microsoft visual C++ that I had in my computer!
