Hi. I have ver 1.0 and I can play it without any problems. I just downloaded 1.2 but I seem to have a problem.

I can start the game and see the intro video. But after a minute it always freeze while I'm in the menu screen. I can't alt-tab to desktop and also ctrl-alt-del doesn't work. The only way to quit is to reboot my pc.

I meet the system requirements and I tried re-installing a few times and did all the troubleshooting but it still freezes. I would appreciate if you could help me out with this.

How did you solve it?

Every issue resolved should be posted on "how to fix it" since there are several customers having issues

I had to uninstall 2 codec packs as the readme says that only the K-Lite codec pack is needed. The 2 codec packs I uninstalled were, LAME MP3 encoder and FFMPEG for windows.

I also updated my graphics driver. I'm using a GTX460. The driver version I updated to is 270.61.

And lastly, I installed the game to my program files directory instead of program files(x86) which was the default (not sure if this makes a difference though).
