Hi,
Today I'm having a problem with 3DS Max 9. Initially the problem was solved through a re-install, but now it's back. I suspect it's an issue with the license since it didn't deactivate upon uninstall (and I have no idea how to deactivate it).

When I launch as administrator, it just gets stuck on this screen:
Any ideas?
