These are the Havok content tools for Step 18 with the Mod Making Start.

I didn't know if I should post this in Mods General or Released Mods, so I guess it should be in Mods General since it's not a car.

Anyways, as I said earlier in this post, this is for Step 18 of the Mod Making Start tutorial. Follow the steps in the video FullOyunMod provides and you should be finished with that step in the tutorial.
Computer Specs:
ASUS TUF FX505DT
[Processor] AMD Ryzen 5 3500H @ 3.7 GHz
[RAM] 16GB 2666MHz DDR4
[Storage] 256 GB PCIE SSD + 1 TB SATA SSD
[Graphics] NVIDIA GTX 1650 (4GB GDDR5)

There is no rule or footnote of anything that says I can't share this program. If FullOyunMod originally supplied a link to them in his mod making tutorial, I can as well. If you think that I can't, but he can, that's a double standard, which makes the statement "You are not allowed to share these" illogical.

I found them myself. Let me make this clear, I was not given them in any way. You didn't give them to me, TJ didn't, David didn't, and no one else did either. I didn't release these to be an asshole. I released them so people didn't have to go ask someone to do this step for them, or just give up on their mod because of not having access to them.
