The BMW 3series Estate...but sometimes also other cars...the 3series worked fine a week ago...

The car might have a messed up player_cars code, and should only be used in the opposite transmission from the one you're using in the video. Try with a manual transmission if that's an option. Otherwise, I'd say reinstall the mod.
