I Have recently bought the Audi S3 2015 Sedan By TJ and Everytime i want to Choose it it keeps on giving me a message saying nMEsh2: could not open file 'home:export/meshes/universal/other/box.nvx2

Try to integry files via Steam. But firstly create a backup of your game ;)

It isnt a problem with the mod, you must have installed another mod which isnt working. Do what Niklas said above.
