i'm getting errors when i try to set up the directory for nebula 2,

im running.......
3d max 2010 64bit.
nebula 2 is in C:\drive
i manually installed the Nmaxtoolbox for max 9

yes i know im running 2010, but i did see this....

3Ds max 2013 will only be used to convert the car model in 3DS format
This process is not done, .nvx2 would corrupt.

can anyone please help me get the nebula 2 sorted

You will need 3DS Max 9. 3DS Max 2010,11,12 or 13 are for a different process which doesnt require Nebula 2.
