The problem is that the wipers 'fly' on some modded cars. I wasn't having this problem before and now I can't drive some of my favorite cars. I believe the problem is that Car28 developer car had its saloon file updated in a recent update. These few mods rely on wipers from the Car28 file, so now they dont work properly. Well I don't think that that is the issue after all because the wipers on the Audi S1 still work in the latest version (1.5.6.5).

I did the Audi S1 wipers after the developer saloon files were updated.

Anyway, here is the fix:
Download Notepad++ (To open the files)
Go to export/gfxlib/cars/(CarFileName) - Open saloon.n2 with Notepad++
Find 'cleaner_windshield_right' and 'cleaner_windshield_left'
Each one of those parts has a line named '.setfraggroupindex' with a number after it.

Warning: Spoiler! [ Click to expand ]

Change the line for cleaner_windshield_right from '.setfraggroupindex 0 27' to '.setfraggroupindex 0 26'
Change the line for cleaner_windshield_right from '.setfraggroupindex 0 26' to '.setfraggroupindex 0 25'
Save the file.

If you do it correctly, it will work (I tested it on the VW Passat, and it works)
