Also the same with Philippines, and how do I not let the green light blink before going yellow? When going to red light there is green, green blinks, then yellow, then red. I want it to be green, yellow, then red, like in Philippines.

You cannot change the horn, but you can change the whole car sound, from turn signals sound to engine to horn sound.

To transfer the Corolla (Car28 in game folders) sound to the H1, go to the City Car driving\data\Audio and look for the sound files of the Car28. Copy the file name (without file Extension) of one of the Car28 sound files (they have the same name but different file extension) and go to City Car Driving\data\gamedata\cars and look for the Hummer H1's codename (you can see the codename in its player_cars code). Open the Hummer H1 folder and open CarProperty.ini with notepad and in the SoundBankName, paste the Car28 sound filename in between the quotes. Save it on desktop and move it back to the Hummer H1 folder. It will overwrite the old CarProperty.ini file. Run the game, choose the Hummer H1 and enjoy the great horn of the Corolla (dev car) sound  . This can also be done to other mods and even developer cars :)

I now understand why BiGi didn't want to make an English tutorial. It's tiring and a bit stressful and a bit hard to balance your time between school and mod making. i just copied Jaguar86RUS's actions in his videos. i know you guys can do the same. My upload speed here is about 300 kbps. Quite slow, so if I did make an English tutorial, it would have like, 20 parts  .
