i want the police to stop you if you are driving to fast or some thing and licence card

Again, other users have posted this, but I think you fail to understand the point of the game. The game is not about cool police chases, it's about vehicle simulation. If you want cool police chases, play Need for Speed.

The game is not about police chases, but tickets add much realism. Without police the game can't be real - You can drive 150 kph on 50 kph speed limit without any consequences. It would be nice to add this feature. Simple system - u need to drive a course and than a test to get Your license. You drive too fast or earn too many warn points - You loose Your license and have to repass the test. Simple as that :)
