I am interested in adjusting the driving rules for a research project, such as sending a warning when someone drives 5km below or above the set speed limit. I ran across the rspeeding.lua file and thought this might be the place to do it, but modifications appear to result in no score or warning for any mistake. What would be the best way to adjust the speeding rules?
