hi the im new to this forum and would like to ask a developer or 3d modeler doesn't really matter a question.
i am a VERY!! big BMW fan and i aint very good at installing mods so i was wondering if a really nice modder like jaguar-86 or someone like that could take this list of cars and make them into mods for 1.2.3
with the real sounds and make them into a car pack that has a player-cars.XML filer already loaded with the cars working thanks
