So most popular Modders and Modellers are as you can think Russian;

Because everything is in Russian language you have to put in some work, use google and google translator it will help you along the way finding a willing Modder and/or Modeller.

A small fee given to any Modders and/or Modellers for making a custom Car is always appreciated and motivating!
******Warning********
If my understanding is correct some Modders and Modellers quit posting there custom builds in these forums, the main reason is that the car manufacturers don't approve to use there brand/name for any simulator game whatsoever.
-->So those custom builds will remain underground!
