LOL , i've seen a lot of people having player_cars.xml
And i do some research on forum , Developer and moderator said , player_cars.xml will only appear when you buy the original version .

So with a cracked version , theres no player_cars.xml meaning can't be mod?

Cracked version can't be modded. So, buy a license!

The car simulator "City Car Driving" is not a free game. If you wish to use it, you should buy a serial number for it. You can buy the one here - citycardriving.com/buy/citycardriving
