Hi man

will you be kind and attach and post a dxdiag of you system?.

Also when uninstalling remove left over folders:

C:\Users\*your windows username*\Documents\Forward Development

also make sure you run the installer as admin and install the "direct x" that comes with the game installer. would be nice to see "dump/crash log" but i dont know where they keep it.

if you tryed the above and it doesnt work, since it says bad allocation usally means "bad/low memory/harddrive"
first tell me about your current system. also if you have messed with you pagefile i suggest you turn it back to normal. check the file i attached. it showes how to do that step by step.

if you are using a laptop there is a chance that it wont work as this game is not supporting APU. and please make sure your system meets the System Requirements :
OS: Windows 7 SP-1 / 8 / 8.1 / 10; <- "not windows xp"
CPU: Intel Core i3 4160 / AMD FX 4330 or more powerful;
Video: AMD Radeon R7 360 2Gb / nVidia GeForce 750 1Gb or more powerful;
RAM: 8 Gb DDR3 RAM; <-- if you have less then 4gb your done
HDD: 10 Gb of free space;

G27 wheel with clutch and manual gearing. its sure is fun
