No, you can still get LSPDFR.

Nothing has changed yet. Everyone thinks modding is over, but currently, you can still install all the mods you want. Cars, scripts (if you manage to step down to the previous version, which is prior to the gun running update), character models, and the various other items.

Currently, it's not the end of the world as we know it. It's gonna suck when it does eventually stop working, but for the time being, it still does.

But I do know how this would feel, and I think it sucks that OpenIV was shutdown. Surprisingly, I have been one to sign the petition for restarting of OpenIV, but there is no point in that because it is still likely to be illegal anyways.
