Good day Kivlov, BiGi, GuiNh, housemd_ro, Stryder237, simulationdude and other fellow users,

How did you discover CCD? What pushed you to buy it? Tell us your story.

At about May 2012, I was browsing for simulator videos on Youtube, then I came across a 3dInstructor 2.2.7 video. I watched it, and i liked it. I just didn't like the fact that it was Russian. So I did some searching about 3dInstructor English version. I came across this site. I wanted to buy it, but $25 didn't seem like a great price. So I pirated (I'm sorry) and It was ok until the flying cars "bug". I did some research again, and found Kivlov telling users that it was only in the cracked versions. So I decided to buy it (with my dad's help) and I was really excited. Then I saw BiGi's tutorial on installing mods, and I got to install my first mod, BMW X6 by Jaguar86RUS (I think). Then 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 came out. When Windows 8 came out, I initially created my "jericho" account just to ask about compatibility. I was such a child in the forum, that I even addressed Kivlov as Sir Kivlov  . Then eventually Things got interesting and I became more and more active in the forum as time went by. When 1.2.5 came out, I said it was the best Christmas present ever (it came out on December 25). I then became more connected with everyone, and here I am, with 900+ posts, being the first "Guru" in the forum.

Thank you so much for your support, Kivlov, Bigi, and other fellow users. Thank you so much. If I couldwritemy own patch for City Car Driving, I would, without hesitation, share it to Kivlov. Makes me wanna be a worker for Multisoft/Forward dev.

I knew the game by a friend who said, after it downloaded the pirated version (1.2.2  ) to test (the lack of a DEMO version makes many stay only in version 1.2.2), when he left the version 1.2.3, I wanted to play without BUGs, so I bought it and created the blog (ccd-brasil.blogspot.com) to help Brazilians in doubt, since there was no information on websites of Brazil.

I'm really enjoying the City Car Driving, congratulations to all involved in developing it. :cheer:

Sorry for the bad English :( .

Well I first saw the transporter game trailer when it was released I was searching for a simulator and then I came across 3D Instructor v1.4 , after that 3D Instructor 2.0 came out and I tested that one too and when I finded out they are about to realease a english version of the game I was very excited because 3D Instructor 2.0 was so real and the first good looking car simulator.
So here we are on version 1.2.5 of City Car Driving the best car sim out there :) .

Iv'e always liked games like this, and I was on youtube and a suggestion for a 3D instructor vid came up and I clicked it and liked the game, and I looked familiar to transporter, and I had already seen a video on that. So I did more research and wanted the game. When I heard the English version would match the Russian in terms of patches, I was going to get the game, but I left it for a year as I had other games and I didn't really need it. But for Xmas I got a new laptop that is a lot more powerful than my old computer, so I decided to get the game. I made an account on the forum and the first thing I did was to ask about the starter.exe problem and I stayed active on the forum.

This is the best sim out there, and I thank everyone who works hard on it!

I discovered 3DI about 3 years ago on YouTube (Being bored reveals you to so many wonderful things on the internet) but it was Russian so I didn't really worry about it too much. Then about 4 weeks ago, a suggested video came up on YouTube and it was City Car Driving, so I had a look, and it seemed fantastic. I was going to wait until I get my new computer before buying it, however, it looked so good that I just decided to get it anyway, and it runs not too badly on my laptop (Don't play it that much though) I then created an account on the forum because I wanted to ask if I could re-use a serial key on a new computer or if I had to buy a whole new one. (Thankfully, I don't have to buy a new one) Also, I was asking about computer specs, as I am a total noob when it comes to computers. (5 weeks ago, I had no idea what a graphics card was!) But thanks to Scaniabebe and someone else (Can't remember the name, sorry, but you know who you are) I managed to configure a decently-specced computer which I am hopefully going to order this coming week :D And now, I just love looking through the forum. It's turned into the YouTube for my boredom-filled moments :P

Why was I not on that list, I am active, I help people, and mod the game :(

I was looking for a good PC game that simulates driving about a year ago. Something similar to tdu and mcla. It was a Saturday I found out about it. The video was called City Car Driving game play.
No lie, 5 seconds in the video I went to the buy page. As soon as the guy moved 1 foot. I bought the game. I started modding the game about 5 month later for 1.2.3. My first mod added cruise control. The next was a failure. It was suppose to add gas. I only edit cars because that's all I know how to do. I am quite used to nuebella because I mod the Sims 3. I also know how to patch mods, so I'm going to try to make a ford explorer mod and update Renault symbol mod. I also will be making a Volvo have turbo engine button like in real life. And BiGi showed me how to install mods so I can edit them as well.

It is difficult to add a lot of people I know to the greeting in the main post ;) , so I forgot to add others more. I also modded the textures and tint of some of the cars. I even went modding the .dds files on the developer Lada Priora (Car53 in game files).

So, your account was removed, or you just had enough posts to be considered higher than you would now?

P.S: Next time put "inactive" as one word, not "in active" as someone could miss the "in" and mistake it for "active", the opposite of what you are trying to say.
