I made this topic as like a forum game. So, just post the specs of all the computers you own. It is great to get in contact with people all over the forum.

The worst computer i've ever owned:

Here are my specs:

AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon graphics
1.90 GHz
6GB of RAM
64bit, x64 processor
Quad core
Windows 8

It's a laptop too.

Is this any good? On another forum people are saying that the CPU isn't very good.

Iv'e been meaning to ask for a while, what would be the best settings for this computer? I currently have it on low. It used to run on medium fine, and even high on low traffic, but one day it just lagged on medium, and nothing will fix it.

Your cpu is not good. 1.9 GHz is very low. You might start lagging like you said because of these reasons:

#1 The update 1.2.5
#2 mod cars
#3 ENB mod and new summer if installed
#4 Completing missions/ career

what i think:

Your HD 7640G video card is very good.
-how to understand AMD-

the first number is generation*
the higher the last 3 numbers, the better*

So my card vs yours (to help you understand AMD/ATI if you want to learn)

ATI Radeon HD 4250 vs AMD Radeon HD 7640G===

so mine is in the 4th series and yours is 7th. so now simple math which is better 640 or 250. However, may i ask, how many frames do you get? On a average i get 30 fps on my old laptop.

Actually the cpu can go to 2,8GHZ on turbo and that's quite good for a laptop .
Stryder try updateing your video card drivers and get the latest direct x maybe that will help .

I have done, whenever my a game lags I always check the drivers. I checked and DirectX is up-to-date.


At low settings I get about 30fps consistently, a bit less at night, rain and very heavy traffic. On medium settings I get 30fps, but whenever a car go past it lags, and when in traffic it runs at about 15-25fps.

And yes, I have both ENB, New summer, 1.2.5 and lots of mod cars installed, and several installed to traffic.
