Ok, so my specs are as followed

AMD 1045T 6-Core Processor @2.7GHz with turbo boost (3 cores can go to 3.2Ghz)
8GB DDR3 memory
I've had 3 different video cards, but my current one is a Sapphire 6670HD 1GB GDDR5 vid card
1.5TB HDD.

My problem is, I can play on 1366X768 Resolution on medium textures, but in the modern district it lags.
If I turn the traffic over 50%, it'll lag.
If I play with the rain, and have it on the windows, it'll lag.

I'm not sure if my system is bottlenecking or what, but it sucks because I really love this game,
I've had it for 1 and a half weeks, but I've put in soooo much time due to summer vacation.

Does anyone think it's because of an AMD card? (I have the latest drivers).

Here are my specs:

AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon graphics
1.90 GHz
6GB of RAM
64bit, x64 processor
Quad core
Windows 8

It's a laptop too.

Is this any good? On another forum people are saying that the CPU isn't very good.

Iv'e been meaning to ask for a while, what would be the best settings for this computer? I currently have it on low. It used to run on medium fine, and even high on low traffic, but one day it just lagged on medium, and nothing will fix it.

My new laptop has 1.9 Ghz. However it has great performance since it is like a intel core i7. i am planning on overclocking it to 2.6 Ghz. You know you can over clock your computer right? I have a AMD A6.

I have done, whenever my a game lags I always check the drivers. I checked and DirectX is up-to-date.

At low settings I get about 30fps consistently, a bit less at night, rain and very heavy traffic. On medium settings I get 30fps, but whenever a car go past it lags, and when in traffic it runs at about 15-25fps.

And yes, I have both ENB, New summer, 1.2.5 and lots of mod cars installed, and several installed to traffic.

I'm not going to overclock it, as I don't know how, and as a laptop it is more suspect-able to permanent damage, I don't want to break it just so I can get a few more fps.

Use this: www.systemrequirementslab.com and type in OMSI Bus Simulator (what i can think of right now) and where it says CPU speed is your actual performance :woohoo:
