Computer keeps beeping. Continuously. It happened when I forced shutdown because it froze. The screen is black. Windows does not start. My pc specs are below

AMD V140
AMD M880G with ATI Radeon HD 4250
2.0 Gig ram
Windows 7
Compaq

This happened twice before that week.
When it happened before I held down the power button. It does not work now :(

Check your CPU and GPU temperature. It might be an overheat.

Yeah-by computer crashed the other day when I was laying civ 5 in 32 degrees, and it has never happened before, so I think it overheated.

I started it up the next day and it said something about bios upgrade. It's known for the AMD M880G with great performance to overheat.

What does bios upgrade mean?

Edit: it was under a logical cooling pad.
