I got a B.S.O.D while installing the game. The process was 3/4 and i have missing files when trying to play the game. Can i reinstall it without losing the activation (because it only goes for one computer)
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Yes, you can. But if you've seen a BSOD, I think you have some sort of hardware problem on your PC. Also it can be a virus or OS problem, maybe drivers.
