EXACTLY. If you miss your exit, don't make a dangerous last-second move and especially don't go the wrong way. Just wait and get off at the next exit. If worst comes to worst, when you get off the freeway at the next exit, turn around and get back on the freeway going the opposite direction and get off at the exit you wanted to get off at originally.

The only thing I care about is my trailer as if it is damaged it means less money and a lot longer before I can afford an upgraded garage and some trucks for my employees.

I think it is fun to have people being idiots but when you are on a highway and you just hit 60mph and you gotta go to zero or end up ramming the truck in front it isn't fun. The reason I play MP is to watch dumb people who hit the crash barriers at night on the steep hills with bendy roads near Fresno because they forgot to turn their headlights back on on after they ran out of petrol and rolled to the gas station. Oh, wait that was me.

If I missed a turn I either do a U-Turn at the next gap in between the highway. (It is illegal but it could save me from running out of time and being banned for going the wrong way.)

Or I would go to the side lanes and use my hazard lights and reverse. Note that I only have done this once and it was in SP and that is not fun because the AI block the road. Note #2 I dont reverse up the on-ramp I continue along the free-way and then go up the exit ramp.

I wouldn't mind being rammed in ETS2MP because I have earned 13 Million Euros (The employees work while I am not on ETS2MP and so they suddenly pay me when I join) so if I get hit the damage bill doesn't do much to my account.
