The S-Max is a full sized vehcicle and the C-Max is a smaller version.

You create a World of Trucks account and link your game to it. Then on the site go to profile -> Profile Customisation. There will be two license plates. You can edit them to what ever state/country you prefer and then type in your license plate.

Also, since when could you edit the plate in-game?

I can see it's a S-Max since I see them daily here in my part of Europe. It's like a car for families with (young) children who have enough money for a comfortable full-size car.
Love Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin and basically any British or German car brand.
